Job DescriptionConduct market and competitor research to inform local product strategyAnalyze product performance and identify opportunities for improvementTranslate business needs into clear product requirements and prioritiesCollaborate with tech PMs, QA, and engineers to ensure smooth product deliveryCoordinate go-to-market plans with business, marketing, and ops teamsHandle live issues, troubleshoot partner concerns, and coordinate resolutionsSupport localization efforts, internal training, and partner enablementRequirementsBachelor’s degree required (Business, Engineering, or related field); Master’s is a plus7-8 years of experience in product management or project-based roles, but exceptions can be made on certain casesExperience managing strategic product or project initiativesStrong logical thinking and structured approach to solving problemsClear and confident communicator in English and Bahasa IndonesiaGood stakeholder management skills and strong sense of ownershipProfessional attitude, good character, and work ethicComfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
