At FxPro, we see each team member as an integral part of our success story.As a Senior Business/System Analyst at BnkPro, you will be part of the team developing web and mobile banking systems for retail and corporate clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business needs, design system solutions, and improve processes across our digital products.Responsibilities:Study system capabilities and design modifications; construct workflow charts and diagramsManage the full requirements lifecycle, work with the backlog and user storiesAnalyze business processes to identify and propose improvement opportunitiesAnalyze requirements and define development areasInterview and collaborate with stakeholders to define, shape, and refine requirementsConduct research on industry best practices and standards for continuous product improvementInterpret research data to provide data-driven analyses and system projectionsRequirements:Strong understanding of Web, Mobile, and Backend! development and cross-functionality between front-end and back-endDeep understanding of RESTful API design principles, including ability to analyze and document API contracts (e.g., using Swagger/OpenAPI)Hands-on experience with relational databasesExperience with event-driven architecture and ability to design and analyze data flow in asynchronous systemsGood grasp of microservices design principles, including service boundaries, inter-service communication, and data decentralizationExperience of working in SCRUMExperience in the banking business as an analyst is considered to be an advantageExcellent documentation and prototyping skills with the ability to translate business requirements into data flow diagrams, entity-relationship models, and sequence diagramsDetail-oriented, analytical mindset with ability to switch between several business domainsAt least 3 years of experience in a similar roleProven track record of leading and delivering successful projectsSoft skills:Good understanding of agile methodologiesClient orientationFocused on improving processes for greater efficiencySkilled in problem-solving and critical thinking for complex challengesTeam player with excellent collaboration skillsAbility to transform business processes into transparent technical requirementsBenefits:Competitive compensation packageComprehensive medical insuranceProvident fundAccess to an in-house gym with a personal trainerComplimentary daily lunch catering, snacks, and beveragesCompany discount card for various products and services21 days of annual leave and 10 days of sick leave annuallyShuttle bus service from LimassolBirthday voucher
