With 50,000 experts in 30 countries, we develop innovative and sustainable technological solutions for our clients.🎯 AssignmentsWe are looking for a Senior Procurement & Contract Manager for one of our clients in the energy and infrastructure sector.Your main responsibilities include:Leading and managing procurement activities for complex industrial or infrastructure projects.Ensuring the implementation of purchasing strategies, from tendering to contract award and execution.Managing contracts and claims, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client requirements.Negotiating with suppliers and partners to secure competitive and compliant offers.Applying FIDIC or NEC contractual frameworks where relevant.Collaborating closely with project teams to ensure cost, quality, and delivery performance.Contributing to continuous improvement of procurement and contract management processes.👤 The profileBackground Master’s degree (BAC+5) with a specialization in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Contract Management.Must Have5 to 10 years of experience in procurement or contract management, ideally in the energy, industrial, or infrastructure sectors.Strong expertise in contract and claim management.Good understanding of FIDIC or NEC contracts.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with sound judgment.Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with proven ability to partner with multidisciplinary teams.Fluent in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).Nice to HaveWorking knowledge of French.Experience in a multi-site or multicultural project environment.Results-driven and pragmatic mindset.🌍 Working environment at AkkodisA direct link with a Business Manager for personalised support.Technical and professional training to develop your skills.Career prospects and a stimulating environment.A corporate culture focused on safety, quality, and innovation.🔎 Our recruitment processStage 1: Initial telephone interview (15 min) with @Kenny, Talent Acquisition.
