Our client is a global outsourcing provider of integrated supply chain services associated with maintenance, repair and overhaul activities in large manufacturing facilities. They partner with leading multinational organisations, providing expert on-site solutions and fostering strong relationships with both clients and suppliers through effective communication and exceptional service. Currently, they are looking for a Senior Buyer to join their team in Freiburg.Job Profile for Senior BuyerResponsibilities will include, but not be limited to:Comply with health and safety regulationsLiaise with engineers and other client staffAttend weekly KPI meetings and update client reports as required; Initiate staff KPI reviewsConduct monthly, quarterly and end-of-year reviewsManage and support the inventory/warehouse team and ensure all their duties are carried out, and the required reports are updatedUpdate and maintain daily team huddle, weekly dashboard, monthly report pack, quarterly scorecard, and end-of-year reportDrive contractual customer commitments (i.e., customer cost savings, key performance indicators) at the local integrated supply siteSource supplies for clients and provide quotesCreate sales orders, match client purchase orders to sales orders and dispatch invoicesInform clients of any delays or issues with daily, weekly and monthly reportingCommunicate with the maintenance planners to advise of delays and move planned work orders when possibleCandidate Profile for Senior BuyerMust be fluent in German and English, both written and spokenProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is essentialPrevious Pharma experience is an advantageExpertise using ERP systems, ie SAP, EAMsStrong procurement background with excellent administrative skillsGood organisational skills and the ability to multitask, work to deadlines and work under pressureExcellent interpersonal skills and telephone mannerWhat Our Client OffersAttractive compensation packageBe part of a company at the forefront of scientific innovation, making a real impact on global healthOpportunity to build your career in a dynamic, global company, with room for advancement and professional developmentOpportunity to join a talented team working in a vibrant and friendly atmosphere
