For more information, click here.Role Reports ToIT PROCUREMENT MANAGERLocation:Latin America, Colombia, Distrito Capital de Bogota, BogotaWork Location:HybridJob DescriptionWhat you will doSourcing Buyer for IT ProcurementKenvue is currently recruiting for a Buyer for the IT Procurement Category -covering the Infrastructure, Software and IT Services sub-categories.What Will You DoWe are currently seeking an experienced analytical procurement buyer to spearhead our regional strategic procurement activities within our Information Technology spend categories. This pivotal role entails managing the full IT procurement lifecycle, encompassing, but not limited to, areas such as Software, Cloud and Data Center Solutions, Network and Hardware, Managed and IT Services and Cybersecurity. The IT Procurement Buyer will play a crucial role in harmonizing business goals with category strategies, while maintaining a vigilant focus on contractual oversight, stakeholder management, supplier relationships, and driving innovation. Internal relationship management supporting spend strategies is key across Category Management, Supplier Management, Sourcing, Contracting, and Innovation. This is enabled by driving and supporting execution of sourcing projects across the selected categories.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate closely with procurement leaders to design and execute comprehensive category practices tailored to the IT domain, garner stakeholder buy-in and support for significant procurement initiatives, collaborating closely with regional Category Managers to elevate budgetary contributions.Champion and facilitate sourcing projects with a sharp focus on IT categories, acting as a vital intermediary between Category Managers and the procurement operations team also by cultivating relationships with key stakeholders and business representatives across all regions.Foster robust relationships with regional and local business units, aligning procurement strategies with the pulse of business requirements and productive commercial supplier relationships within the designated IT procurement categories.Oversee sourcing and vendor management across the IT realms of software, infrastructure and services to ensure cost efficiency, compliance and strategic value delivery and also identify opportunities for contract enhancements and skillfully lead re-negotiations to secure favorable terms.Offer valuable input on volume, specifications, and pricing to help formulate intelligent consumption policies.Serve as the go-to point of escalation for IT category-related matters, ensuring steadfast alignment with global Procurement policies.Advocate for the seamless integration of local business needs into overarching category strategies, actively shaping our procurement approach.Proactively champion regional procurement priorities on a global platform, advocating for adjustments to local regulations and policies.Act as the primary conduit between the business and procurement, ensuring unwavering commitment to fulfilling business requisites.Primary LocationLatin America – Colombia - BogotáJob FunctionProcurementOrganizationKenvue Colombia S.A.QualificationsJob Qualifications. What we are looking forRequiredBachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).Proven track record of at 2 to 3 years in IT Procurement. Management type roles, with a pronounced emphasis on IT categories.Exceptional analytical prowess, underpinned by 2 to 3 years' experience in procurement data analytics, with a talent for identifying and capitalizing on cost-saving opportunities.Superlative communication, relationship building, and stakeholder management acumen.Outstanding negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management skills.Familiarity with global procurement policies, regulations, and industry best practices.Fluent in spoken and written EnglishNice to HaveRelevant certifications such as APICS, ISM, CIPS etc. are considered a strong asset.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment._____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________Kenvue is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
