This is an exciting opportunity to support our management team by guiding our amazing team of Care Assistants in the delivery of exceptional, person-centred care to our residents.About the Role:As a Senior Care Assistant, you will oversee and guide the care team, ensuring the high standards of care we are proud about enrich the daily lives of our residents. You will be responsible for setting the benchmark for amazing care, administering medication, observing changes in residents' conditions, and directing appropriate care practices.
