You'll collaborate with senior team, learn to identify top talent, and assist companies in building successful teams.Job DescriptionBusiness Development:Collaborate with local and international clients to recruit for junior to mid-level positions.Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients and candidates.Identify and pursue new business opportunities.Executive Search Services:Consult with team leaders during client meetings to manage expectations.Oversee the recruitment process for junior to mid-level roles, involving clients in selection.Create and publish recruitment advertisements.Maintain and expand candidate pools through networking and referrals.Share information with team members to coordinate high-quality service.Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies.Support audits with accurate documentation.Client/Candidate Consultation and Support:Maintain consistent communication with candidates and provide value-added services.Follow up with clients and candidates for effective facilitation.Serve as the primary liaison between clients and candidates.Who We Are Looking ForPassion for the recruitment industry with a sales-oriented mindset.Experience in a recruitment firm or the recruitment industry.Self-disciplined, goal-driven, and self-motivated individuals.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity in our workforce.
