Headquartered in Hong Kong, CMI has expanded our footprint in 22 countries and regions.CMI is looking for a driven and versatile Senior Carrier Partnership Director who is hungry to empower our carrier business in Peru.Job Responsibilities:Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with major telecom operators in Peru, driving strategic cooperation and long-term partnerships.Promote traditional carrier business collaboration, including voice and SMS interconnection, wholesale, international leased lines, and roaming services.Drive new business initiatives by leveraging the group’s capabilities in 5G private networks, DICT solutions, smart city, and data center services to support enterprise customers through carrier channels.Explore opportunities for telecom equipment and material partnerships that utilize the group’s global scale and supply chain advantages, building a comprehensive cooperation portfolio with local operators.Represent the company in regional and international industry events, exhibitions, and executive forums, expanding professional networks and enhancing the company’s influence in the telecom industry.Coordinate resources across various business units of the Group to ensure effective market execution in Peru and foster a sustainable cooperation ecosystem.Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or above in Telecommunications Engineering, Marketing, International Business, or related fields.10+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with a strong professional network among carrier executives and the ability to engage and influence key decision-makers (e.g., CEO, CTO, CMO).Solid understanding of carrier wholesale business models and emerging ICT/5G partnership frameworks, with proven capability to drive multidimensional cooperation.Demonstrated experience in high-level negotiations and promoting strategic partnerships, with recognized credibility in the telecom industry.Language skills: Spanish (native or fluent) and English (proficient).
