The Case Manager will be responsible for overseeing client cases, coordinating legal actions, conducting research, preparing documentation, and working closely with attorneys to ensure successful case outcomes.QualificationsStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesExperience in legal research and case managementKnowledge of employment law, workplace rights, Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, manufacturer repurchase negotiations, and vehicle defect documentation protocolsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentSpanish Fluency is preferred for this roleFamiliarity with Clio Grow and Manage, Quo, or similar VoIP phone systems, as well as AI Technologies, is preferred.
