In this role, you’ll lead strategic sourcing initiatives, manage supplier relationships, and drive cost and service improvements through smart procurement decisions. You’ll also support spot buying activities and ensure that contracts are delivering optimal value.This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a regional role with real impact, contributing to smarter sourcing and sustainable operations across our business.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Sourcing & Supplier ManagementDevelop and execute category strategy and risk mitigation plansLead strategic and tactical sourcing activitiesBuild and maintain strong supplier relationshipsIdentify opportunities for cost savings and added value through negotiations and innovationSpot Buying & Operational SupportIdentify appropriate suppliers for ad-hoc or urgent needsManage spot-buy processes using SAP, Ariba, and TMS systemsConduct RFQs and e-auctions, analyse bids, negotiate and select suppliersSupport purchase order creation and manage catalogue updatesContract ManagementLead contract negotiations and implementationEnsure timely renewals and resolve contract or PO issuesConsolidate contracts locally and across countries where possibleContinuous ImprovementPromote automation and data-driven procurementEnhance spend visibility and supplier complianceEnsure transparency and consistency in sourcing practicesIdentify risks and support the development of mitigation strategiesWho We’re Looking For:Required:University degree (or equivalent experience)Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindsetHands-on experience in procurement or category managementBasic understanding of finance and accounting principlesStrong communication skills in English – clear, collaborative, and confidentAbility to build trusted relationships across multiple teams and levelsComfortable using data to inform decisions and drive valuePreferred:1+ years of relevant procurement experience within supply chain, purchasing, or financeWorking knowledge of tools like Ariba, SAP MM/SRM, TMS, advanced Excel or SQL-based systemsExperience with e-sourcing tools is a plusWhat you can expect from us:Build your career with us:We recruit for mindset, ambition and cultural fit.Unique cultureWe are proud to be part of something bigger than ourselves and are passionate about building upon our company’s long legacy.We believe in collaboration and candor, which results in a dynamic culture with open communication.
