Currently, JD Industrials is focusing on overseas business, providing one stop procurement solutions for industrial products. Our operations span Southeast Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and South America.Role Overview:We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Procument and Sales Manager to drive the growth and management of our core industrial product categories in the Saudi Arabian market.Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaKey Responsibilities:1. According to the category planning, be fully responsible for the procurement, fulfillment and marketing of the industrial building materials category, and ensure the achievement of key performance indicators such as GMV, profit and cash flow;2. Be responsible for the development and introduction of new suppliers, and continuously improve and optimize the supplier database;3. Implement a supplier classification management system, be responsible for negotiations and cooperation with suppliers, optimize procurement costs, increase gross profit margins, and at the same time ensure that the product line meets market demands and has industry competitiveness;4. Analyze and optimize the product layout, enrich product categories, promote the continuous optimization of the product structure, and enhance customer satisfaction and market share;5. Independently be responsible for the purchasing and sales work of the category, fully grasp the application scenarios, industry trends, product knowledge, pricing strategies and supply chain management of the responsible category, and ensure the efficient execution and performance improvement of the purchasing and sales work.Qualifications:1. Educational requirements: Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in mechanical engineering, electrical automation, industrial engineering or related fields is preferred.2. Work Experience: 5-10 years of relevant working experience, with on-site management, cost accounting or procurement experience for the owner or EPC general contractor in the construction industry, and at least 3 years of procurement-related working experience. There are abundant local supplier resources;3. Competency Requirements:Procurement and sales capabilities: Be capable of independently taking charge of the procurement and sales work of product categories, including but not limited to the full-process management of category planning, procurement, fulfillment, marketing, etc.Supplier Management: Possessing rich experience in developing new suppliers and implementing hierarchical management of suppliers, capable of properly coordinating the relationships among senior executives of suppliersPrice management capability: Be able to match the most suitable supplier resources based on different projects to obtain the most advantageous cost prices. Possess excellent cost analysis and negotiation skills to effectively reduce procurement costs, increase gross profit margins, and ensure that the product line meets customer needs and is competitive in the industry.Data Analysis: Possess excellent data analysis skills, capable of analyzing product layout and promoting the optimization of product structure.Communication and Coordination: Possess excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of effectively communicating with suppliers, internal teams, and other parties to ensure the smooth progress of work.Learning ability: Possess strong learning ability and be able to quickly learn and get started.4. Basic qualities:Business understanding: Have a profound understanding of the industrial building materials industry and be capable of accurately grasping market dynamics and customer demands.Sense of responsibility: Possess a strong sense of responsibility, be conscientious and responsible in work, and be able to bear certain work pressure.Innovative thinking: Possessing an innovative consciousness, keeping an eye on industry trends, and being able to constantly learn and explore new technologies and new models to enhance one's professional capabilities.Teamwork: Possessing a strong sense of teamwork, one can closely collaborate with team members to jointly achieve goals.Language proficiency: One must master either English or Chinese. Proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
