With more than 12,000 employees across 22 countries, they combine sustainability, innovation, and customer focus to create safer, healthier environments.At Anticimex Innovation Center in Bagsværd, Denmark, their mission is to develop cutting-edge smart traps and IoT solutions that are transforming pest control into a data-driven, humane, and environmentally friendly industry.The roleAsgaard Recruitment is looking for a Senior Certification Manager to join Anticimex Innovation Center in Bagsværd.In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring their smart pest control products meet the highest regulatory and safety standards across more than 20 markets. You’ll work closely with R&D, Hardware, and Quality teams to make sure all documentation, processes, and certifications are fully compliant - from early design stages through production and market approval.You’ll bring structure, overview, and calm to a complex regulatory landscape, helping Anticimex deliver innovative, sustainable devices safely to market.Your responsibilitiesEnsure all Anticimex products meet relevant national and international certificationsDevelop and maintain documentation and compliance processes across multiple markets.Collaborate with R&D, Hardware, Quality, and external labs to plan and execute testing and certification activities.Create and manage annual certification roadmaps and improvement initiatives.Who you areYou are structured, curious, and thrive on ensuring that complex products meet high standards.
