We’re looking for a Senior Change Manager to lead the people and adoption workstream across Europe, the Americas and Asia-Pacific.This is a hands-on delivery role, not advisory. You will be embedded within the programme, working closely with program and project management, and senior stakeholders across finance, manufacturing and sales to ensure new ERP-enabled processes are adopted and sustained.This is a long-term freelance engagement on a high-profile, business-critical transformation programme.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and deliver the Change Management strategy for IFS Cloud / IFS Applications programmes.Conduct organisational impact assessments and define structured change, communication and adoption plansWork in close coordination with system integrator-provided and local change management resources, aligning approaches, coordinating activities and ensuring a consistent, integrated change effort across the programme.Collaborate with IFS programme leadership, functional leads and business stakeholders globally.Drive user readiness and adoption through targeted change initiatives.Align closely with training, data migration, testing, and deployment workstreams.Develop and execute communication plans, stakeholder messaging and engagement activities.Identify resistance, change risks and adoption challenges, implementing mitigation strategies.Support go-live, hypercare and post–go-live stabalisation activities.Define and track adoption metrics, reporting on change effectiveness and business readiness.QualificationsAbout You:Proven experience delivering change management on large-scale ERP programmes (IFS experience highly desirable).Strong understanding of ERP Cloud Applications environments.Experience supporting business transformation and process change.Hands-on delivery of change, communication and adoption strategies.Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.Comfortable working independently in global, remote, or hybrid project environments.Fluent in EnglishDesirable ExperienceDirect experience with IFS Cloud roll-outs.Knowledge of structured change frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).Exposure to training strategies, user enablment, or power user training models.Experience in multi-country or multi-entity ERP programmes.Background in manufacturing and/or service-driven organisations.Additional InformationHow to Apply:If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!
