About the role | Mō te Tūranga As a Senior Civil Structural Engineer, you will lead projects and teams locally and nationally, working on a diverse and challenging portfolio. Previous successful projects include the Omāroro Reservoir, Takitimu North Link, Highgate Bridge and Sulphur Point Container Wharf, where our team had the opportunity to bring innovation and new ideas to life. Looking ahead to 2026, we have an incredibly exciting pipeline of work for the detailed design of various KiwiRail and NZTA bridges, port projects and large water-retaining structures across the country. Your role will involve day-to-day technical engineering and leadership, support, and guidance to the infrastructure team, mentoring junior engineers to enhance their skills and deliver excellence. You will develop and maintain positive client relationships, utilising your stakeholder management skills to engage clients, project partners, and your project team. About you | Mōu We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong technical background in infrastructure and civil structures projects. You should be deeply technically proficient, possess strong commercial acumen, and have a proven track record in leading projects from proposals to delivery. Your excellent technical skills should be complemented by your ability to build meaningful client relationships and communicate effectively at all levels.
