Our purpose statement 'Safeguarding our maritime community today and for generations to come' underlines our role in society and our commitment to customers, the global ocean industries and sustainable development.Read more about Skuld on www.skuld.comYour responsibilities In this position you will Handle claims across all aspects of P&I operationsWork with a varied range of P&I and FD&D claims, with particular focus on container claims, casualties, and complex, high-value casesBuild strong relations with Members, Clients and Brokers Promote Skuld in the market and participate in marketing efforts Contribute with articles for Skuld publications and present to the team, Members, Clients and Brokers Suggest and initiate loss prevention measuresContinuously observe and report developing claims trends, monitor legal and regulatory developments and relevant industry activitiesContribute to a friendly, open, and trusting work environment To thrive in your Skuld position, you will face challenges with a positive mindset and dedication to your responsibilities. Qualifications: Master of Law (preferrably English or Norwegian law) and /or at least 5 years of relevant work experience English solicitor or other jurisdictional backgrounds will be considered if you have worked extensively with English law, in particular maritime law.
