This internationally acclaimed brand is represented and sold by the world’s most exclusive fashion retailers.As the company develops its direct-to-consumer approach through its physical showroom and online shop at petarpetrov.com, we are looking for a dedicated full-time Senior Client Advisor to join our team and contribute to our growth.RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and maintain profitable relationships with existing customers through regular personal engagement and tailored approaches.Organize, prepare, and provide expert advice during customer appointments in our Vienna showroom, ensuring a unique service experience that aligns with our brand values.Proactive outreach to expand our local and international customer base.Coordinate and manage customer requests both online and offline, offering personalized services and suggestions via Email, SMS and DM based on analyzed customer data.Partner with management to achieve established sales targets while continuously enhancing brand and product knowledge.Conduct customer satisfaction assessments and implement improvements to the overall customer experience, addressing and resolving complaints swiftly and efficiently.REQUIREMENTSMust strongly identify with and embody the aesthetic of the brand.Passion for fashion, with a genuine interest in luxury ready-to-wear and sales talent.Excellent written and spoken English skills; knowledge of German and a third language is a plus.Flexible and able to work independently, with a high-energy personality.Strong interpersonal skills and an analytical mindset, with great attention to detail.Experience within a comparable setting, ideally in luxury fashion, premium hospitality, or high-end brand environments. OFFERINGSalary commensurate with experience.Sales commission.Attractive employee discount.We are looking for someone to join us from the earliest possible date. If you bring experience in the above, passion for luxury fashion, and a commitment to excellence, we want to hear from you. Petar Petrov is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
