As we continue to grow Cartology within the Woolworths NZ ecosystem, a key role to ensure our success will be our Senior Client Partnerships Managers.What you’ll do | Hei mahiThis is a senior position within the Cartology Client Partnerships team, and will play a pivotal role in the future growth and success of the Cartology business.This position is tasked with successfully managing your allocated patch of clients, significantly growing omni-channel media sales, to meet or exceed budgeted revenue objectivesAdditionally you will;Achieve and surpass sales targets by proactively identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities while also protecting and growing existing trade spend and securing new marketing budget revenue.Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline for your allocated patch, providing accurate sales forecasting and managing pricing in line with the commercial strategy.Deeply understand client objectives by maintaining high-level engagement across all seniority levels, actively leading client presentations and engagements, and acting as a spokesperson for the company.Leverage customer data to create compelling, high-impact proposals, embedding yourself within the Countdown commercial team to ensure sales alignment with marketing and category plans.Act as a mentor and coach to junior team members, ensuring product expertise, and role model company values while consistently contributing to the high-performance and growth of the media sales team.What you’ll bring | Hei kohaSignificant experience in multi-channel media planning / salesDemonstrated success of growing multi-channel media sales across a range of different client typesExpertise in managing campaigns that leverage a diverse range of coordinated media inventory (POS, print, email, online, OOH, radio, social)Experience with selling digital media based on target audience characteristicsCompetent with the utilisation of data and the ability to apply data to media planning to demonstrate ROI and inform future campaign activityDemonstrated success in buildingWhat you’ll experience | Ngā HuangaOur Team Members Are At The Heart Of Everything We Do And We’re Always Looking For Ways To Support Your Career Journey And Reward Great WorkA commitment to flexibility through a hybrid working model which combines time spent at a support office or hub and time working from home, supporting both in-person connection and balancing the flexibility that remote working provides for our teamsHigh-impact role supporting our teams who enrich our communities.
