The Senior Client Service Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional client services. Key responsibilities include understanding client needs, addressing queries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring the seamless execution of client requirements. The role also involves collaborating on project planning and maintaining high standards in service delivery.
