Conduct pricing, margin, and promotion analysis to drive profitability. Forecast and monitor revenue and assigned category KPIs. Provide commercial insights for category planning, assortment decisions, and go-to-market strategies. Manage relationships with assigned key vendors, brands, and logistics partners. Oversee partner onboarding, contract management, and SLA compliance. Lead negotiations for better terms, margins, or operational efficiencies. Coordinate with supply chain and fulfilment teams to ensure inventory availability and service quality. Monitor SKU-level performance and suggest optimisations (e.g., delisting, promo focus). Resolve day-to-day operational issues between internal teams and external partners. Build and maintain dashboards to track sales, returns, profitability, and vendor performance. Identify process gaps using data, and lead initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Liaise with marketing, finance, and product teams to ensure campaign alignment and operational feasibility. QualificationsAt least 4 years experience in similar or adjacent rolesDegree in any Business, Management, Supply Chain, Marketing or a related fieldProven experience in sourcing, product development, or category managementDemonstrated background in similar roles with supermarket/grocery industry would be a plusStrong business acumen and analytical skillsThinks creatively and adapts quickly in a fast-paced environmentAdditional InformationAn extra steep learning curve.
