Good food also respects our planet and protects resources for future generations.Get to know us better at www.nestle.comJoin Nestlé Team and be a Force For Good!We are currently looking for a Senior Commercial Planning Manager to join our Sales team.Location: İstanbulType of contract: PermanentAs a Senior Commercial Planning Manager you will have the following responsibilities;Develop and implement monthly and yearly operational plans for the channel, including planning Total Trade Spend (TTS), ensuring accurate recording in the sales automation system, tracking performance, and initiating corrective actions as necessaryRecommend and evaluate annual and monthly sales activities to drive growthManage the Total Trade Spend budget (TTS), ensuring that all plans and executions align with the overall strategyManage the Integrated Commercial Planning (ICP) process by identifying key opportunities and formulating actionable plans, conducting necessary analyses, and developing channel category plans and TTS strategies for the upcoming yearFacilitate coordination between the sales and marketing departments to maintain product and brand price consistency across channelsImplement innovative ideas for channel and customer-based campaigns to enhance consumer demand within the channelDrive the execution of centrally planned channel trade promotions and events, ensuring all promotional investments are thoroughly reviewed and documented in the Sales Promotion Planning and Execution (SPPE) systemManage the development of the in-store vision of success for each category within the respective channels, supporting and tracking its implementation while continuously reviewing the effectiveness of in-store actionsConduct field visits to monitor execution and address areas requiring improvementCoach and develop team members to enhance performance and capabilitiesEnsure adherence to all company principles and policiesWhich profile are we looking for?Bachelor’s or master’s degreeA minimum of 4 years of commercial experience, with at least 7 years of experience in the sales-discount channel preferred.Strong understanding of customer dynamics and the selling process, along with key business functions, particularly in field salesExcellent analytical and communication skills, complemented by a solid understanding of sales, marketing, and shopper behaviorsExcellent command of EnglishWhat are our employee community values?Safety, quality, compliance and respect are pillars for our community existence.Respect is our overaching value in Nestlé.
