Join us and create the change, implement, and show the world who you are!𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, trade marketing, or business development, preferably in beauty, FMCG, or lifestyle brands.Proven experience managing offline sales channels (retail, reseller/wholesale, pop-ups, etc.).Strong analytical thinking with the ability to turn data into action.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to build and maintain relationships across all levels.Hardworking, self-driven, and proactive, able to work independently without micromanagement.Thrives in a very fast-paced and ever-changing environment.English proficiency is a plus (written and spoken).Passionate about local beauty and understands consumer behavior in the Indonesian market.𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀Drive and grow offline sales by expanding store presence and increasing product availability.Set and track monthly offline sales targets, aligned with overall quarterly goals in collaboration with the online sales team and management.Ensure healthy sales margins and manage commission structures to maintain profitability.Develop and execute pricing and promotion strategies, ensuring synergy across online and offline channels by working closely with marketplace teams.Conduct monthly and quarterly stock forecasts together with the sales and product teams to ensure stock readiness.Identify and secure strategic offline branding opportunities such as events, bazaars, pop-up booths, and lifestyle store placements.Monitor competitor offline activities to create strong offense and defense strategies.Collaborate with the finance team for invoice settlement, sales reporting, and profit & loss tracking.Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of offline purchase orders.Conduct regular store visits to evaluate product testers, discount pricing, and display execution.Build and maintain strong relationships with store partners and key points of contact to ensure sustainable growth and collaboration.Additional PerksFull-time position with real impact Hybrid: 3x a week WFO at our cozy Blok S, Jakarta Selatan office with flexible working hoursCompetitive salary + BPJS + THR + private health insurance (for qualified employees)Free monthly Mad product to keep you glowing + employee discounts on all Mad for Makeup productsFree monthly Feel Matcha drinks to keep you energizedSmall, close-knit team = lots of ownership and growth opportunities
