Renowned for its dedication to excellence, IFS Cambodia ensures that all services meet global benchmarks, making it a trusted partner for varied cleaning solutions across the region.Key responsibilities Process and manage monthly payroll with accuracy and timeliness.Maintain and update employee records on compensation, benefits, and attendance.Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory contributions (NSSF, tax, etc.).Administer employee benefits programs such as insurance, leave, and allowances.Support the design and implementation of compensation and benefits policies.Conduct market research and salary surveys to ensure competitiveness.Prepare C&B reports and analysis for management.Address employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and policies.Support HR projects related to employee engagement, retention, and welfare.Job Requirement Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.Minimum 1–2 years of relevant HR, payroll, or C&B experience.Strong knowledge of labor law and statutory compliance.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS/payroll systems.Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
