As part of the second line, you will independently advise, monitor, assess, challenge, and report on regulatory compliance risk management. You will closely collaborate with different stakeholders across Luminor on diverse and exciting initiatives, evaluating existing processes and controls, then offering recommendations for their improvement in line with supervisory expectations.What's In It For You:Gross salary. 2,900-3,900 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competenciesFlexibility. Internal and external training programs, workshops, conferences, online training etc.What You Will Do:Contribute to regulatory compliance by conducting independent compliance risk assessments and providing advisory, and awareness activities for the assigned areas (Data Management and ICT)Assess and oversee compliance risk management in the first lineAnalyze the regulatory environment, trends, and supervisory expectations to ensure proper risk managementProvide advice on regulatory requirements, redesigning frameworks, processes, and controls for optimal effectivenessMonitor internal regulatory compliance and follow up on remediation actionsOversee various regulatory projects within the assigned areasConduct trainings and awareness raising sessions on regulatory requirements across LuminorOffer insights, support, and guidance to Luminor management bodies, contributing to independent compliance risk reportingWhat We Expect:Bachelor’s degree in Law, Banking, Finance, Economics or related fieldProven track record of 3+ years of experience in overseeing or assessing ICT risk, information security, data governance or data management processes from a compliance and regulatory perspectiveIn-depth knowledge and understanding of the European and local regulations pertaining to regulatory compliance and experience in their implementationProfessional compliance certifications (ICA, or similar) would be seen as an advantageExcellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to effectively communicate information to audiences with varying levels of knowledge and expertiseVery good stakeholder management skillsAbility to think outside-the-box, view the wider organizational risk picture and how different risks interconnect with one anotherAbility to work independently and as part of a team on a pan-Baltic levelFluent English language is required in spoken and written communication due to working on a Pan-Baltic levelApplication deadline is 30th of November.
