Senior Compliance Officer

On behalf of our client, a forex company, we are looking for a Senior Compliance Officer to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.Main Duties and Responsibilities Assists with compliance matters per internal policies and agreements with senior managementAddresses internal and external compliance queries as neededHelps draft and develop policies to meet CySEC and local regulatory requirementsEstablishes and enforces internal practices and procedures to comply with legislation and regulationsImplements and conducts compliance monitoring as per regulatory requirementsPrepares and submits reports to CySEC and other EU bodies, including COMP-CIF, CA-CIF, MPS, IFR, and othersStays current on regulatory changes and updates internal policies accordinglyCommunicates with regulatory bodies and other stakeholders on compliance issuesEnsures marketing materials comply with legal requirementsCollaborates with all departments to implement controls and proceduresAssists with training (CPDs) and general guidance for staffSupports license applications and prepares submission packagesMonitors and reviews service providers, ensuring due diligence and complianceJob Requirements Bachelor’s degree in law, Finance, Business, or related fields - CySEC certifications preferred3+ years in compliance, preferably in financial services with CySEC knowledgeStrong analytical, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to manage tasks and work collaborativelyProficiency in Microsoft Office and compliance management systemsBenefits Competitive remuneration package.Health insurance coverage.Paid sick leave.A pleasant and supportive working environment.Flexible working hours.
