With over 1300 employees worldwide, we have been present in Portugal since 2010, with operations spanning Europe, Latin America, and Asia.Your ResponsibilitiesManaging regulatory reporting to institutions such as CMVM, Bank of Portugal, Tax Agency, and others Monitoring, reviewing, and adapting to regulatory changes Updating, translating, and implementing internal procedures in line with regulatory requirements (CMVM) Preparing and maintaining legal documentation Providing legal and compliance support to the Customer Service Department Conducting quality control of Customer Service processes What We’re Looking ForDegree in Law and/or Business Administration Strong knowledge of Portuguese and European financial legislation (MiFID II, AMLD, MiFIR, LMV) 3+ years of experience in the legal or compliance departments of financial institutions Understanding of finance, stock markets, and derivative products Proficiency in Excel Training or certification in Compliance (nice to have)Nice to haveWe offerA dynamic and supportive working environment.
