Senior Computer Vision Engineer – AI & Video AnalyticsWe are seeking a Senior Computer Vision Engineer to join a high-performing team driving innovation in AI-powered video analytics and automated evaluation systems.In this role, you’ll develop advanced tools and scalable frameworks that assess and optimise computer vision models for real-world applications. You’ll work hands-on with large-scale video datasets, collaborate across AI and data teams, and build intelligent evaluation pipelines that push performance boundaries.This is an on-site role based in Lund, Sweden (4 days per week) — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where cutting-edge vision systems are built and refined daily.What You’ll DoDesign and improve automated evaluation systems for AI and video analytics applications.Build and maintain large-scale, well-annotated video datasets using platforms like CVAT.Develop clean, efficient, and scalable Python-based frameworks for testing and evaluation.Implement robust model assessment metrics (precision, recall, confusion matrices, etc.) and visualise insights through interactive dashboards.Collaborate cross-functionally to troubleshoot and optimise AI models using data-driven insights.What You BringProven experience in Computer Vision or Video Analytics, preferably in large-scale production environments.Expertise in Python and a strong understanding of software design principles.Experience with distributed computing and scalable system design.Practical knowledge of test-driven development, automation, and data-driven evaluation.Excellent communication and mentoring skills, with the ability to turn complex evaluation data into actionable insights.Bonus Points:Experience with dataset curation and quality assurance across diverse real-world conditions.Knowledge of AI troubleshooting and optimisation techniques.
