Are you an experienced operational technology professional ready to provide technical leadership to high-impact ADMS projects and shape the future of energy sector control systems?PSC is seeking a Senior ADMS Consultant to deliver technical leadership in Advanced Distribution Management Systems (ADMS), drive client success, and mentor a team of skilled professionals across New Zealand and Australia. You’ll collaborate with industry-leading vendors and play a pivotal role in implementing and optimising platforms such as Apentech OSI Monarch and GE PowerOn Advantage.What You’ll DoTechnical Lead & Advise: Serve as a trusted advisor, overseeing complex consulting engagements and nurturing critical client relationships.Technical Delivery: Implement and optimise ADMS, SCADA, and OT systems, focusing on integration and functionality advancements, proven track record in developing project schedules and ensuring successful execution.Mentor & Collaborate: Guide and support a team of professionals by providing technical guidance, sharing best practices and fostering professional growth.Vendor Engagement: Collaborate with top vendors to shape next-generation control systems.What You’ll BringExperience: Proven experience in SCADA or ADMS vendor systems and applications, and Monarch OSI or GE PowerOn Advantage. Demonstrate ability to develop robust project schedules and consistently deliver successful outcomes. Familiarity with Schneider and Hitachi Energy products is desirable.Technical Skills: Hands-on expertise in ADMS installation, configuration, and integration; proficiency with modeling tools, display-building, CIM standards, and data integration frameworks.Programming: Strong knowledge of modern programming/scripting languages and experience with Oracle or SQL-based RDBMS.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Power Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.Leadership: Ability to mentor others and manage client relationships, including project delivery and scheduling.Why Join PSC?Join a team that values individual contributions and fosters a respectful, results-driven culture.
