Senior Consultant | MelbourneState of Matter (SofM) works across the full transformation lifecycle with ASX-listed companies and government agencies.We define strategies, design future states, lead major program workstreams, and turn around at-risk initiatives. Our work spans data governance frameworks, operating model design, technology roadmaps, process analysis and optimisation, and legacy platform replacements.
