Our valuation expert team within the Assurance service line helps the audit procedure when valuation expertise is required. This valuation expert team is specialized in business, real estate, fixed-income security, and derivative valuation.Outside of the audit season, our valuation expert team may be involved in non-audit valuation and financial modeling engagements, helping clients understand the value of their business, their securities, intellectual property, capital equipment, intangibles, and other assets.In addition, our team members have the opportunity participate in financial accounting advisory services (FAAS) or financial due diligence (FDD) services.Your Key ResponsibilitiesAs our senior, you will be an important part of our diversely talented, experienced valuation and financial accounting advisory services (FAAS) team, and you will gain experience from working on a wide variety of assignments. You will be responsible for participating and assisting in the following key tasks:Preparing in valuation and financial analyses by applying valuation theories and approaches in relation to various assets (businesses, real estate properties, derivatives) across many industries. Critical assessment of business assumptions underlying the valuation models. Review and comment on clients’ valuation models as to the logical integrity and arithmetical accuracy. Preparing internal and external narrative memorandum/reports.
