About the CompanyWe are a dynamic and innovative consultancy firm dedicated to delivering high-impact solutions for our clients.With a focus on data-driven decision-making, we empower organizations to harness the power of analytics and visualization tools to achieve their business objectives.Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant – Power BI Specialist to join our team.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business intelligence, data visualization, and analytics, with a proven ability to design, implement, and optimize Power BI solutions that deliver actionable insights.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Development: Design and develop advanced Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations tailored to client needs.Data Integration: Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of Power BI solutions.Consulting Expertise: Work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and translate them into effective BI solutions.Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks in Power BI models, ensuring scalability and efficiency.Training & Mentoring: Provide training and guidance to client teams and junior consultants on Power BI best practices and advanced functionalities.Project Management: Lead end-to-end BI projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client expectations.Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest developments in Power BI and related technologies to ensure innovative and up-to-date solutions.Qualifications and SkillsEssential:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.5+ years of experience in BI consulting with a focus on Power BI.Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, and Power Query.Strong knowledge of data modeling, SQL, and ETL processes.Proven track record of delivering complex BI solutions in a consulting environment.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a client-facing role.Preferred:Experience with Azure Data Services (e.g., Azure SQL Database, Data Factory).Familiarity with other BI tools such as Tableau, LookerCertifications in Power BI (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate).Experience in industries such as finance, healthcare,manufacturing or fashionWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A collaborative and inclusive work environment.Access to cutting-edge technologies and challenging projects.Our organisation operates with respect for gender equality and with a commitment to supporting inclusiveness and diversity.
