The Senior Consultant will be responsible for managing client relationships, conducting market analyses, providing tailored property recommendations, and assisting clients throughout the property purchase or lease process. Responsibilities also include identifying opportunities for client portfolio growth, negotiating terms, and ensuring client satisfaction through expert-level service and guidance. Qualifications Strong client relationship management, communication, and negotiation skillsExperience in market analysis, research, and identifying investment strategiesSound knowledge of the real estate industry, including trends and regulationsAnalytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilitiesProficiency in CRM tools, presentation software, and business communicationsProfessional demeanor, organizational skills, and time managementExperience in leadership or team collaboration is advantageousBachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
