KPMG Advisory offers consulting services to companies to assist them in business model transformation, process improvement and digitisation, risk analysis and management, and support in extraordinary finance transactions.Specifically, when you join the Business Transformation team in Milan, you will be placed in a fast-growing team full of talent, which is characterized by the quality and impact of its transformative projects.You will be involved in major discontinuity projects for major national and international clients, in direct contact with the top management of leading companies.Specifically, you will be tasked with:Rethinking the operating models of key business functions (Finance, HR, Procurement, Supply Chain) through organizational and operational levers.
