We’d love to hear from you!About The RoleThis role is focused on upstream creative operations—working with internal brand, design and marketing teams to define how work flows, how teams collaborate, and how platforms enable scalable, efficient, and insight-driven ways of working.You’ll be a trusted strategic advisor, shaping creative operating models, optimizing workflows, and leading high-impact client engagements. You’ll bring deep understanding of in-house creative teams and the processes that support concepting, design, and delivery—building systems that avoid bottlenecks and burnout.This US-based role reports to the Global Lead of the Creative Operations COE.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver consultancy across billable projects focused on upstream creative operations. Lead the design and delivery of operating models, workflow strategy, delivery processes, and platform configurations (ex: Workfront, Wrike, Screendragon, Asana). Combine deep subject matter expertise with broader consulting capabilities to shape end-to-end contract specific solutions. Help build client relationships, expanding ICP’s network and ensuring alignment with decision-makers and budget holders. Hard SkillsHard and Soft Skills:Workfront certified (required); architecture, forms, dashboards, reporting, portfolios, programs Familiarity with Adobe Fusion and integration workflows (preferred) Expertise in process mapping, systems thinking, and documentation Comfort working in Agile, hybrid, or iterative models Identify, document and validate business requirements Soft SkillsClear and confident communicator who simplifies complexity Systems thinker with structured, solution-oriented problem-solving skills Comfortable navigating ambiguity and defining order Self-motivated, organized, and accountable to timelines CollaborationWork cross-functionally with ICP colleagues—including client partners, solution leads, and COE teammates—to deliver seamless, aligned solutions. Client Facing EngagementsLead strategic engagements related to creative operations transformation. Confidently manage senior client stakeholders, guiding them through complexity with clarity and authority. What You’ll HaveBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in creative operations, marketing ops, or transformation consulting. 5+ years in agency, in-house, or consulting environments with direct creative operations focus. Workfront certification required; Fusion experience is a plus. Deep expertise in workflow strategy, content operations, and platform implementation. Experience working with large, global clients across distributed stakeholder networks. Ability to communicate clearly with senior stakeholders and simplify complex challenges. Proven ability to lead projects, guide cross-functional teams, and contribute to consulting growth. A mindset that blends creativity and operational rigor.
