Senior Consultant

We are seeking a Senior Consultant with strong expertise in ERP implementation and operations management to join our Jakarta team. This individual will play a dual role - leading multiple client accounts while also playing the role of an operations lead for our Jakarta-based consulting team (supporting a team of 4-5). The ideal candidate should have a consulting background with transferable skills from a similar environment, though experience at a Big 4 firm is not required.This role requires someone who can provide technical and strategic guidance to junior consultants, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure the successful delivery of ERP projects.Key ResponsibilitiesClient & Project Management :- Oversee and manage multiple client accounts (10+ active clients) .- Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.- Stay on top of ongoing workstreams, proactively addressing challenges and risks.ERP Implementation & Consulting :- Lead ERP implementation projects, ensuring effective solution design and execution.- Provide guidance on solution approaches, system configurations, and issue resolutions.Operations Management & Leadership :- Act as the Operations Manager in Jakarta, leading the consulting team in delivering high-quality work.- Serve as a technical mentor for junior consultants, helping them navigate complex project challenges.- Take ownership of operational excellence for our Client Success (CS) accounts.Key Qualifications :- 5+ years of experience in ERP implementation and consulting.- Background in a consulting firm or similar professional services environment.- Strong project management skills—able to juggle multiple accounts effectively.- Hands-on experience in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).- Excellent leadership and team management abilities (i.e, coaching team members, directing them to find the right solutions rather than feeding them the right solutions)- Strong problem-solving skills with a client-first mindset.- Based in Jakarta or willing to relocate
