Senior Consultant SAP EWM (m/f/d)

What we do The SAP Agribusiness and Manufacturing Unit designs, implements, and operates end-to-end processes for the food industry with tailor-made SAP applications and state-of-the-art technology, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP Dairy Management by msg, and SAP Meat and Fish Management by msg for S/4HANA. Our consultants work with global industry leaders to address business challenges with the latest technology to improve processes and operational excellence, enable innovation and scalability, maximize profitability, remove performance barriers, increase sustainability, modernize core systems, and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. What you will do Lead the team of SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) consultants and coordinate activities throughout the entire implementation project Lead planning, analysis and configuration of core EWM processes in S/4HANA Identify and resolve complex issues in warehouse processes and integration Prepare functional and technical specifications and configuration documents to successful project delivery Manage complex testing, data validation and ERP solution implementation in the EWM segment Integrate SAP EWM with other modules such as SD, PP, QM and MM for full maintenance, resource and cost control Play a leading role in testing, validation and implementation in the EWM segment Prepare reports and analyses for monitoring defined KPIs and improvement recommendations Train and mentor team members and key users Work with business process owners, architects, and different stakeholder to develop the To-Be business processes  What we are looking forMinimum 5 (five) years of experience working with SAP EWM module, ideally within manufacturing, energy or infrastructure industries Proven experience as a Lead Consultant or Team Lead on complex ERP implementation projects, especially with S/4HANA SAP Configuration, Implementation, and Support Experience Experience integrating SAP EWM with SD, PP, QM and MM modules An understanding of SAP implementation methodologies Experience on end-to-end SAP Implementations Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with readiness of mind and hands on mentality Strong communication and organizational skills for leading interdisciplinary teams Strong experience in preparing test scenarios, technical data validation and user training Excellent presentation and written and verbal communications skills in English language, both internal and external Ability to travel up to 50% Nice to haveKnowledge and project experience in Supply Chain Planning (IBP, APO,PP/DS) or Execution (EWM, TM) modules would be considered a plus S/4HANA certification and/or experience highly favorable Familiarity with collaboration tools and ability to prepare project plans Previous experience working on large scale SAP Implementations What we offer A place where individuals are equally valued and where diversity and cultural differences are cherished.
