Then become part of Wavestone as an Senior Consultant SAP S/4HANA Finance in Insurance and Banking in Romania.Your TasksWork closely with your team to advise insurance or banking clients on how to optimize their financial processes, including accounting, controlling, and financial operations—as well as transformation topics around their SAP-based IT system landscapesActively contribute to shaping and positioning our consulting services and solution offeringsBe involved in all phases of the project lifecycle, from assessing existing processes and designing solutions to implementing, testing, and building up SAP S/4HANA (greenfield & brownfield) systems & BTP Components like Integration Suite, Datasphere & Business Process AutomationDepending on your level of experience, you may also take on responsibility for leading project workstreams and serve as a subject matter expert to support and mentor your colleaguesWork with IT and business colleagues to develop solutions to specific problems that at times leverage existing solutions and systemsBuild professional relationships with clients, management, and team members to ensure the delivery of proposed solutionsYour Profile3+ years of hands-on experience in implementing or optimizing SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions, ideally within the insurance or banking sector, with a strong focus on accounting, controlling, and financial operationsProficiency in SAP S/4HANA Finance and familiarity with SAP BTP components such as Integration Suite, Datasphere, or Process AutomationSkilled in translating business requirements into technical solutions and driving topics from design to implementationSolid understanding of financial processes and SAP architectureExperience with client-facing roles in consulting environmentsSAP certifications are a plus.Show strong customer orientation for both internal and external stakeholders, with a proactive and solution-oriented attitudeSpeak fluent business English; knowledge of German is a plusEnjoy occasional travel to the customersDoes this sound like an exciting challenge for you?
