Your ability to navigate and integrate across multiple technology domains including modern work, identity and access management, compliance (Microsoft Purview), and cloud platforms such as Azure will be critical to your success in this role.You will be responsible for technology design and architecture across these domains, providing end-to-end technical leadership, ownership, and expertise. You may also be involved in pre-sales engagements and will carry out requirements gathering, analysis, and hands-on technical tasks as part of project delivery. Your insights and guidance will ensure the delivery of high-quality consultancy and trusted advice to your customersCollaboration is key to this role. You will work closely with the wider Professional Services team and other teams within Spark to deliver customer value, and coordinate with other internal and customer teams, including project management and operational resources.At times, you will act as the technical lead on larger engagements, managing a broader technical team to ensure successful outcomes and the achievement of project objectivesDay To Day You Will Be Involved InProviding trusted technical advice and consultancy to clients as part of both sales and project engagements.Preparing high-quality technical proposals, design documents, and statements of work.Translating complex technical solutions into clear, business-focused language for stakeholders.Analysing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing delivery to ensure client outcomes are met.Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and vendors to support opportunities in the sales cycle.Staying up to date with technology and industry trends to shape Spark’s products and services.Conducting QA and peer reviews of technical deliverables to maintain quality standards.Collaborating with colleagues across Professional Services and other Spark Teams.Contributing to process improvements and best practices within Professional Services.What experience you'll bring?5+ years designing and delivering complex modern work, security, or cloud solutions, ideally within a managed services or consulting environment.Strong technical writing and documentation skills (e.g. proposals, designs, RFP responses).Proficient across cloud and on-premises infrastructure, especially Microsoft technologies.Skilled communicator, comfortable leading workshops, presentations, and client discussions.Customer-focused with strong consultative, analytical, and problem-solving ability.Relevant industry certifications (or equivalent hands-on experience)Modern Work & Endpoint Management – Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Autopilot for Windows, iOS, and Android, applying security/compliance policies with Defender, and enabling productivity tools like Microsoft 365.Identity & Access Management – Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID for cloud and hybrid identity, Conditional Access, MFA, Zero Trust security, and governance tools like PIM.Security & Compliance – Experience with Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps, and applying best-practice security standards.Cloud Platforms & Automation – Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure (VMs, storage, networking, monitoring), basic awareness of AWS/Google Cloud, and scripting/automation skills with PowerShell and Graph API.
