Key ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership: Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring quality outcomes, timely execution, and measurable impact. Monitor progress, resolve challenges, and continuously improve efficiency and client satisfaction.Client Engagement: Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor and aligning project goals with broader business objectives. Present deliverables to C-level audiences with clarity and influence.Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop junior consultants. Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and performance excellence.Business Growth: Identify new opportunities through market insight and client interactions. Contribute to proposal development and solution design to support practice growth.Innovation & Digital Enablement: Drive the integration of AI, automation, and advanced analytics into consulting methodologies and client solutions, enhancing decision-making and operational performance.RequirementsProcurement & Consulting Expertise: Solid experience in procurement transformation, supplier management, and category strategy, with strong analytical and conceptual skills.Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams, inspire others, and influence key stakeholders in complex project environments.Digital Mindset: Hands-on experience with digital procurement platforms, process automation, and analytics tools. Strong presentation and storytelling skills (PowerPoint proficiency required).Experience & Education: Minimum 6 years of experience in procurement, consulting, or a related discipline. Master’s degree (MBA, Supply Chain, or similar) preferred.Languages: Fluency in English; knowledge of French or German is an advantage.Desirable Skills: Experience in AI & automation, data analytics, prompt engineering, change management, storytelling, and/or data visualization.
