Pre-consumer experience: Create and implement all relevant product info, descriptions and images on product pages. Post-purchase experience: Ensure good primary and secondary packaging and delivery, influence effective communication between consumers and platform customer care.In summary, you'll be responsible to:Lead relationships with the catalogue, content, packaging, and customer care teams.Develop e-commerce content strategies to drive CVR.Supervise creative/graphics designers and agency creative teams and own all creative/content preparation and delivery for e-commerce.Maintain & archive all product content/ creatives of Reckitt and periodically update on e-commerce platforms.Research best content practices around the world and prepare local content i.e., product titles, descriptions, images, and videos accordingly.Coordinate with customer care teams of platforms to ensure 100% of questions asked by consumers are accurately answered within 24 hours.Coordinate with customer care teams of platforms to ensure 100% reviews are looked at, responded to where necessary, issues addressed & actions taken accordingly.Look at consumer reviews for quality issues and adverse events and inform the Reckitt quality team and DSO immediately. The educational background & experience we're looking forMinimum Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University.Minimum 3 years of work experience in a reputed company in Creative Direction/ Design or UI/UX Design. Candidates with the mentioned experience from a Digital Marketing agency or E-commerce or FMCG or Technology company will be preferred.Experience and practical knowledge of Content Curation, UI/UX design, animation/ motion editing. Professional courses done in these fields will count as bonus points.Skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc. design software.Excellent copywriting and copy-editing skills will work as bonus points.Strong literacy in computer & technology.
