The start date is 11/24/25 for this 6-month contract position.Job Title: Senior Content Producer (Producer II)Location-Type: Onsite (Hawthorne, CA)Start Date Is: 11/24/25Duration: 6-month contract (Maternity Leave)Compensation Range: $50-65hrJob Description:Support the content production team as a facilitator and admin, enabling video, still, and social media content creation workflows without directly producing content.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Facilitate creative workflows and content productionCoordinate with PR, creative, editorial, and social teamsSupport secure production workflows and manage confidential dataLiaise with customers to obtain content clearanceTrack projects from concept to post-production deliveryEnter and manage data in Salesforce CRMPropose process improvements and use AI tools for efficiencyRequirements:Must-Haves:Experience with video content production and pipelinesAdobe software familiarityProven administrative/facilitation skillsUGC acquisition and social media clearance experienceAbility to manage sensitive data and maintain discretionStill and video production oversight (retouching, packaging, delivery)Experience working cross-functionally in ambiguous environmentsSalesforce CRM usageNice-to-Haves:Background in creative advertising agenciesKnowledge of content licensing and business affairsFamiliarity with post and art production processesBenefits:This role is eligible to enroll in both Mondo's health insurance plan and retirement plan.
