Join a team where industrial expertise meets strategic sustainability and contribute to transforming the way industries operate.We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Contract Manager to join our Pulp, Energy & Circularity business area. You will play a key part in driving project success through expert contract, claim, and change management.You can be based in any European Valmet location.Your ResponsibilitiesProvide contract, claim, and change management support to major EPC projects in the energy and pulp industries.Ensure compliance with customer and supplier contracts, as well as Valmet’s internal guidelines and policies.Support risk and opportunity management processes for assigned projects with focus on dispute avoidance.Mentor and advise project teams on contractual issues, change requests, and claims.Organize and deliver contract management training for project personnel as well as give input to process and tool development.Act as the bridge between Legal and Project Management, facilitating collaboration and compliance.Review and manage commercial and contractual correspondence, notifications, and claims.Participate in negotiations and correspondence regarding claims, settlements, and other contract management matters.Who Is The Candidate We Are Looking ForM.Sc. or B.Sc. in Engineering, Construction, Contract Law, or Quantity Surveying.Minimum 15 years of contract management experience in EPC projects within energy, pulp, or oil & gas sectors.Fluent spoken and written English.
