With a portfolio exceeding AED 15 billion across Dubai’s most prestigious developments, Binghatti continues to transform the city’s skyline and set new standards for innovation and excellence in real estate.About the Job The Senior Contracts Engineer (Procurement) will be responsible for managing the contractual and commercial aspects of procurement activities, ensuring that all materials, services, and subcontract works are sourced, negotiated, and administered in line with company policies, project requirements, and budgetary controls.Key Responsibilities: • Prepare, review, and administer procurement contracts, subcontracts, and supplier agreements. • Coordinate with project, engineering, and finance teams to align procurement strategies with project objectives. • Evaluate vendor proposals, negotiate terms and conditions, and ensure contractual compliance. • Monitor procurement costs, delivery schedules, and supplier performance. • Provide contractual and commercial support throughout the procurement and project lifecycle.Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in contracts or procurement within the construction industry.
