Senior Controller

We’re seeking an ambitious and detail oriented Senior Controller to join our German finance team in Munich and support transformation and growth within our German distribution subsidiary through business partnering, reporting transparency and process optimisation.Your responsibilities will include:Daily, hands-on interaction with operations to solve commercial, supply and profitability issuesAccountable for the monthly reporting package, forecasting, budget and business casesPerform analysis with a focus on distribution margin, opex, including non- financial KPIsSupport local management and collaborate with corporate functions to provide articulate solutionsDrive mapping and improvement of data in cooperation with accountingParticipation in IT, finance and cross-functional projects to improve efficiency and complianceAct as a key contact for auditors on sales, gross to net, provisions and inventory.The Person:Significant previous post qualifications experience in a similar role within the Pharmaceutical IndustryStrong analytical and conceptual skillsAccurate, independent and self-reliantGood communications and presentation skillsAbility to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environmentInternal networker and team playerStrategic minded, challenges status quo and drives improvementsStrong IT literacy, with working knowledge of SAP and advanced Excel skillsFluent in English and German
