As Senior Controller, you will play a key strategic role in building and shaping a modern FP&A function that supports rapid growth across multiple business units and locations in Germany.This position offers significant influence, international exposure, and the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders, including Group Finance in the UK.Your ResponsibilitesAct as a central pillar within the newly structured DACH FP&A teamLead budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling processes for the DACH regionProvide insightful performance analyses, KPI tracking and scenario modellingDrive transparency and efficiency across operational and financial workflowsSupport investment decisions (e.g., CAPEX, expansion projects, strategic initiatives)Partner with regional leadership and operational teams across multiple sitesPrepare monthly management reports and presentations for senior stakeholdersContribute to the ongoing development of tools, dashboards and planning templatesCollaborate closely with international Group FP&A (UK) on consolidated reportingQualifications3-6+ years of professional experience in FP&A, Controlling or Finance Business PartneringBackground in multi-site / service / healthcare / retail / PE-backed environments is a strong plusAdvanced skills in financial modelling, planning and performance analysisStrong proficiency with data and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel)Ability to communicate complex financial insights clearly and convincinglyProactive and hands-on mindset - eager to shape processes in a fast-growing environmentFluent in German and EnglishWhy This Role?Real impact: Shape and professionalise an FP&A function in a fast-scaling environmentInternational exposure: Close collaboration with Group Finance in the UKOwnership: A visible, influential position at a key moment of organisational transformationGrowth: Opportunity to evolve into a senior role as the DACH region continues to expand
