Job Description
Reporting to the FP&A Director, the position will be part of the FP&A team within the Italy & Greece Finance department, They/she/he will be responsible for the FP&A activities for shared service functions/ brands.How will you make an impact?Involved in the budgeting and forecasting activities on a yearly and quarterly basis. Responsible for the performance analysis vs plan on a monthly/quarterly basis, monitor trends and propose achievable action/corrective plans to drive targets achievement/further investments. Support, monitor and follow up the execution. With an innovative mindset, you will develop and maintain digital reporting tools to drive financial targets and allow the team to rely on data resources for the explanation of performance. Constantly and proactively support the business with ad/hoc analysis, accurate and timely financial information critical to business leader's decision making. Provide commercial analysis, develop growth targets, and evaluate strategic initiatives.Play a key role in the preparation of capital Investment projects, providing financial insights to support the decision process. Ability to articulate finance issues in a clear and concise manner, adjusting style for various audiences. Work in conjunction with the Reporting teams to ensure proper and accurate P&L/BS management during the closing period.How will you experience success with us?Master’s degree in appropriate discipline (Accounting, Finance, Engineering).
