PAPADOPOULOS S.A. is seeking to employ a driven & committed:Senior Cost AnalystTo join our financial team in AthensThe Role:The Senior Cost Analyst will be part of Cost Analysts team.She/he will manage the costing process and provide data of utmost importance for the financial performance of the organization.How you will contribute:Calculate product costs for existing and new productsPrepare monthly reports for the cost performance and forecastPerform periodically checks on production procedures and recipesCalculate and report the operating production costs based on company’s methodologyPerform periodic cost accounting activities as neededPerform detailed variance analysis of actual financial results versus budgetGather and analyze financial data reflecting company’s financial performanceContribute to budgeting and forecasting processPrepare detailed reports, both periodically and ad-hocSupport Project Management teams in project financial management related to cost analysisEnsure compliance with all corporate policies and proceduresWhat you will bring: Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or other relevant fieldMaster’s degree would be considered an asset3- 5 years previous working experience in a Cost Control/Analyst roleExperience in Manufacturing Cost Analysis is a mustExperience in Food Production Industry will be considered an assetExcellent working knowledge of SAPProficient user in MS Office applications (excel)Highly organizational, professional, and consistent mentalityExcellent communication skills and team spiritStrong analytical thinking and attention to detailFamiliar to basic accounting principles and financial management concepts
