Role Description This full-time on-site role of Senior Counselor is based in Dhaka. The Senior Counselor will be responsible for advising and guiding students through their education journey, including university selection, application processes, and visa documentation. The role involves daily interactions with students, parents, and educational institutions to ensure all aspects of the application process are handled efficiently and professionally. Regular tasks also include conducting consultations, providing support with accommodation arrangements, and ensuring students meet all deadlines and requirements. Qualifications Experience in counseling, advising, and student support servicesFamiliarity with university application procedures and visa processingExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbalStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentProficiency in using office software and online communication toolsRelevant experience in international education or recruitment is a plusBachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
