Scholar Edge is looking for Senior Counselor (Study Abroad)Job Description / ResponsibilityWe are looking for a Counselor for the following countries: Canada, New Zealand, Australia, the UK, China, Malaysia, the United States, and Europe.Responsibilities:Process the university and visa application process from initiation to completion phaseHandling in-office as well as enquiries by phone and online platforms such as WhatsApp, Facebook, etc., and converting these enquiries into applications and admissionsHandling phone calls ( per day 60-70), answering queries of all the students, updating the database of the contact details, performing in terms of follow-up actions for the phone enquiries, etc, to ensure conversions.Updating the comments of the follow-up done with students in the Excel spreadsheet.Subject to you having online data, proactively initiating and engaging sales by performing calls to students per day and converting them into active clients of ours.Following up with counselled students regularly and ensuring that they are taking admissionSharing the complete details of respective students with the team in the desired format.Checking application status & follow-ups with management for offer letters and follow-up with the students for payment of tuition fee deposits.Organizing and coordinating seminars, workshops, fairs, and promotional activitiesEducational RequirementsBachelor/HonorsMastersSkills Required: FLUENCY IN ENGLISH LANGUAGEExperience Requirements2 to 5 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Consulting Firms,Immigration and Education Consultancy ServiceJob LocationDhaka (Dhanmondi 27)
