This contract goes until January 31st.ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end production from concept and scoping through execution, delivery, and postmortemTranslate ambitious creative ideas into clear roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables while preserving originalityDefine scope, allocate resources, and manage expectations across creative, strategy, tech, and account teamsDrive meetings, reviews, and communications that keep stakeholders aligned, energized, and focusedAnticipate risks and blockers; resolve issues proactively with diplomacy and creativityManage vendors, freelancers, and production partners to ensure quality, consistency, and smooth collaborationMaintain transparent documentation: timelines, status updates, budgets, and learningsAdvocate for and implement process improvements that support creative flowOther duties as assignedAbout YouQualifications & Skills5+ years of relevant experience in project management, creative production, or agency environments (digital, content, experiential, or marketing)Proven ability to lead multiple projects with shifting priorities and tight timelinesFamiliarity with creative and production workflows (concepting, creative reviews, versioning, stakeholder approvals, asset delivery)Excellent English communication skills (B2+), with the ability to make the complex simpleProficiency with Asana, Notion, Google Workspace, Figma, and Miro; process-driven yet adaptableProducer mindset: flexible, resourceful, solutions-oriented, and deeply collaborativeBonus: Experience with motion/video, interactive/web, or AI-powered creative workstreamsAbout MonksMonks is the global, purely digital, unitary operating brand of S4Capital plc.
