We uphold this commitment by managing our fulfillment operations in-house and offering white-glove service to our customers.What You Are Responsible ForWe’re hiring a Senior Creative Strategist & Production Lead to own Ikigai’s Meta Ads creative testing system — the process that turns insights into high-performing ads that drive profitable growth.You’ll be the operational owner of our creative testing engine across Meta Ads. Your responsibility is to ensure a constant flow of new ad concepts, backed by clear data, structured hypotheses, and disciplined iteration.You’ll lead a pod of designers and editors — managing briefs, review cycles, and testing cadence to ensure we consistently hit output and win-rate goals.This is not a purely creative or purely management role — it’s a hybrid for someone who thinks like a strategist and executes like an operator, ensuring the creative strategy doesn’t just get planned — it gets produced, at quality, and on schedule.5 Core ResponsibilitiesCreative Strategy & Testing – Own the weekly creative testing roadmap for Meta Ads. Translate insights and hypotheses into hooks, angles, and formats that align with current offers and growth priorities.Production Leadership – Lead a high-output creative pod of editors, designers, and strategists. Set clear priorities, give decisive feedback, and ensure every project ships on time and at the standard expected of a world-class brand.Performance Analysis & Iteration – Review ad performance weekly to identify winning patterns and creative fatigue. Turn data into actionable insights and clear next tests, maintaining a living library of winning ads and learnings.Creative Direction & Feedback – Write precise, performance-driven briefs and deliver direct, constructive feedback. Ensure every creative concept connects the message, visual, and offer to the target metric.Cross-Functional Alignment – Partner with the other marketing teams so that ads, offers, and landing pages launch as one unified system — ensuring Ikigai’s growth engine runs with precision and speed.Who You AreYou have endless creative ideas — hooks, angles, storylines, and concepts come naturally, and you can turn raw ideas into testable ad frameworks fast.You know how to bring ideas to life — capable of producing videos yourself or partnering with in-house and external creators to deliver polished, on-brand content.You’re fluent in Meta performance data — not just reading metrics but turning them into creative strategy. Experience with smaller companies will be considered an additional plus.Proven ability to own end-to-end creative strategy and creative production for Meta Ad accounts spending $250k+ per month on Meta Ads.Prior leadership experience managing teams of editors, designers, and external creators to produce ad contentProven ability to analyze creative metrics and performance metrics inside of Meta, and use that to drive creative strategyAdvanced English communication — written, verbal, and analyticalPreferred Experience (Nice to Have’s)Experience marketing consumer durables with one-time-purchase attributes (not CPG / LTV / subscription brands)Experience with other channels besides Meta: YouTube, TikTok, Applovin, Linear and CTV, Podcast, Influencer, etc.Compensation & BenefitsCompensation: $50k/year($4166/Month) base + performance based bonuses.
